Rules of use – Spa

  • It is advisable to book in advance.
  • It is recommended to go to the appointment 15 minutes in advance to pay at the reception.
  • Please inform the reception as well as the treatment technician of any indication about your health that you consider appropriate and that we must take into account (pregnancy, high blood pressure, allergies, ailments, physical disabilities, diseases, medications, etc.).
  • Essential swimsuit and flip-flops.
  • In long hair it is mandatory to wear it up.
  • Exclusive locker service. It is recommended to leave personal belongings in the locker, otherwise, we will not be responsible for possible losses.
  • The duration of the thermal bath service is 90 minutes and including costume changes, 105 minutes.
  • The use of mobile devices and cameras within the premises without consultation is prohibited.
  • The Spa facilities are for therapeutic use, any use of personal hygiene products, soaps, oils, etc. is prohibited.
  • It is forbidden to pour water into the Finnish sauna.
  • Massages are not given to minors.
  • Any inappropriate or obscene act is prohibited. They will be expelled from the Spa if they do so.
  • It is advisable to be quiet during the hydrothermal circuit for your greatest benefit.
  • The use of the Spa is forbidden to minors under 18 years of age alone. Only people over 12 years of age accompanied by an adult and with the authorization of the legal guardian, the form to be filled in will be provided by our masseurs.
  • The customer is responsible for the misuse of the facilities.
  • The Spa management reserves the right of admission.
  • The staff of the center controls compliance with the rules and will expel anyone who does not comply with them if necessary without any refund of the money.
  • All appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the booking time will be charged in full and/or deducted from the voucher.
  • Clients must arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment. If they are late or remain in the changing room, the treatment time will be reduced to ensure the service is available to other clients.
