1. USER INFORMATION
Marina Inversiones Aguadulce S.L.U is responsible for processing the User’s personal data and informs that such data will be treated in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), regarding the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. The following processing information is provided:
- Purpose of Processing: Maintain a commercial relationship with the user related to the products or services offered. Additionally, the operations included in the processing are:
- Responding to inquiries and suggestions submitted by users.
- Managing requests, orders, or any type of petition made by the user through the available contact methods.
- Handling bookings and/or requests, as well as their payment.
- Sending commercial advertising communications via email, mobile applications, social media platforms, or other electronic or physical means. These communications will be related to the services or products of the data controller or its collaborators and providers as part of a promotional agreement.
- If you send or submit a CV, it may be used in recruitment processes. CVs will be kept for a maximum of one year, after which they will be deleted with respect for confidentiality during both processing and subsequent destruction. Should you wish to continue participating in recruitment processes after this period, you will need to resubmit your CV.
- Data Retention Criteria: Data will be retained as long as there is mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the processing. Once no longer necessary for that purpose, they will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure data pseudonymization.
- Data Disclosure: Data may be accessed by web developers and the company hosting our servers. These entities have regulated access to data solely for the purposes described here. Data will not be transferred to any other third party unless legally required.
- Legal Basis: Processing is based on the consent provided by the user by selecting the appropriate checkbox.
- User Rights:

Any data subject who has obtained a restriction of processing will be informed by the data controller before the restriction is lifted.
- Right to Object: The data subject has the right to object, at any time and for reasons related to their particular situation, to the processing of their personal data (in cases of public interest or legitimate interest), including profiling based on these grounds. The data controller will cease processing the personal data unless compelling legitimate grounds for the processing are demonstrated, which override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
- Right to File a Complaint with the Supervisory Authority: The data subject has the right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority if they are not satisfied with the exercise of their rights. 2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the controller is truthful and is responsible for communicating any modifications to it.
