  • Data Retention Criteria: Data will be retained as long as there is mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the processing. Once no longer necessary for that purpose, they will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure data pseudonymization.

When the processing is restricted, the data may only be processed for conservation purposes, with the consent of the data subject, for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person, or for reasons of important public interest. Any data subject who has obtained a restriction of processing will be informed by the data controller before the restriction is lifted.
    • Right to Object: The data subject has the right to object, at any time and for reasons related to their particular situation, to the processing of their personal data (in cases of public interest or legitimate interest), including profiling based on these grounds. The data controller will cease processing the personal data unless compelling legitimate grounds for the processing are demonstrated, which override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
    • Right to File a Complaint with the Supervisory Authority: The data subject has the right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority if they are not satisfied with the exercise of their rights. In this case, the complaint can be submitted to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at http://www.agpd.es.
