Before proceeding with the reservation and during your stay, you must consider the following:
- Adhere to the safety, coexistence, and hygiene regulations set by the management for the proper use of the establishment.
- Respect the rules of use or internal regulations of the tourist establishments, as well as comply with the prescriptions and specific rules of the places you visit and the tourist activities you engage in.
- Respect the establishment, its equipment, and its facilities. Pay for the contracted services upon presentation of the invoice at the establishment, or according to the agreed conditions. In no case will presenting a complaint exempt you from payment obligations.
- Respect the cultural and environmental surroundings.
- Follow usual social coexistence norms and show respect for people, institutions, and customs of the places you visit.
- Respect the dignity of the people working in the tourism industry.
